My order didn’t arrive?
Unfortunately, I have no control over the postal system.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE TRACKED SHIPPING!!
With untracked (free) shipping, once your purchase is shipped, I am no longer responsible for it. If your purchase does not end up arriving, please contact me, and in most cases, I will do my best to replace it IF possible (not applicable to any address that’s not USPS verified).
My item was damaged in the mail?
As I am not a postal worker, once it leaves my hands I can't guarantee the condition of your package. If your purchase comes to you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact me first and I will be happy to figure out a solution :D
EU: You are responsible for all package VAT & duty taxes upon arrival
I am NOT responsible for any Import VAT or duty taxes that may occur when your package enters your country. Please note your package may take longer/be delayed by package inspection when entering the country, but please do let me know if it takes any longer than 2 and a half months!
Why Don’t I have a tracking number?
Because you didn’t purchase one! All standard shipping is UNTRACKED if you purchased sticker(s), or wall print(s). You may purchase tracked shipping by clicking on “Tracked Shipping” on the checkout page. If you realize you hit the wrong shipping send me an email, and we'll take appropriate actions to get it taken care of!
